Returns and Refund Policy
Return Authorization
Before returning any purchases, please contact us at [email protected] or call (403) 885-6446 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please provide a receipt or invoice number to help us find your purchase in our system.
Items returned without a RAN are not eligible for refund.
Return Eligibility:
- If you are not happy with your unused purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, less postage. (Once we receive your returned item please allow up to 3 business days to process your return).
- Goods must be in its original and unopened packaging.
- If product is returned within 14 days of receipt because the goods are proven faulty or we sent an incorrect item of what was ordered, we will provide a full refund of that item including postage for that item.
Return Procedure:
- Upon successful inspection of your return, will be issue a refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days after receipt of your return less postage.
- Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Terms and conditions
- Goods that have been used cannot be replaced unless proven faulty.
- Plastex Repair Canada will not be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured.
- We do not offer a free return service unless goods are proven faulty or a incorrect product was sent.
- Plastex Repair Canada reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our returns and refund policy.
