Returns and Refund Policy

Return Authorization

Before returning any purchases, please contact us at [email protected] or call (403) 885-6446 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please provide a receipt or invoice number to help us find your purchase in our system.

Items returned without a RAN are not eligible for refund.

Return Eligibility:

  1. If you are not happy with your unused purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, less postage. (Once we receive your returned item please allow up to 3 business days to process your return).
  2. Goods must be in its original and unopened packaging.
  3. If product is returned within 14 days of receipt because the goods are proven faulty or we sent an incorrect item of what was ordered, we will provide a full refund of that item including postage for that item.

Return Procedure:

  1. Upon successful inspection of your return, will be issue a refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days after receipt of your return less postage.
  2. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Terms and conditions

  1. Goods that have been used cannot be replaced unless proven faulty.
  2. Plastex Repair Canada will not be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured.
  3. We do not offer a free return service unless goods are proven faulty or a incorrect product was sent.
  4. Plastex Repair Canada reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our returns and refund policy.
